Project Description

Full Design/Build Project.

Wing Enterprises purchased and existing office/warehouse building.  We went into the existing office space that was approx 6,500 SF, and completely gutted the carpet, ceilings, lighting systems, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and mechanical systems. Knocked down walls, added offices, rebuilt existing areas, then went in with new mechanical, electrical, ceilings, fire sprinklers, alarm and security systems, framing, finishes, custom woodwork, doors and hardware, and new carpet.  Providing more than 35 new offices, a copy center, a conference room, sales area, customer services arena, 2 bathrooms, lunch/breakroom, storage area’s, etc…

In the existing warehouse that is approx. 400,000 SF +/- we did the same thing, adding the following in the existing warehouse:

-20,000 SF interior parking lot for Hals 50 + specialty car collection. Providing two sets of overhead doors leading and checkpoints into the high security car parking lot.

-Created over 35 new offices in the warehouse area

-Created misc rooms for presentations, ladder demo rooms, research and design labs, lunch rooms, hallways, etc.

-Built new bathrooms within the warehouse rooms that total around 2,500 SF +/-

-Built new warehouse managers, and safety/quality control checkpoint offices totaling around 3,000 SF +/-

Exterior landscape and aesthetics improvement including monument signage, etc.

All in three months
